Auto accidents can be not only physically and emotionally painful for victims, family and friends, they can also provoke financial hardship that makes it difficult for victims and their loved ones to manage burial costs as well as medical bills resulting from extensive hospital stays and long term health care appointments. But despite the high cost of treating injuries resulting from a collision, insurance companies don’t always have the best interest of victims at heart. Instead, some insurance companies seek to pay out as little as possible while victims and families struggle to manage mounting debt related to their injuries and necessary treatment.
